Finding Imago pioneers
Through a series of offline and online workshops in various circles and networks, we present the idea, the steps, the narrative and the foundation of the Imago Movement. Based on the foundation and the requirements of the upcoming steps, the team of Imago pioneers will come together to shape the butterfly's path over the coming years.
A community building according to Scott Peck forms the basis of our connection and collective wisdom for the following collaborative steps in the Imago Movement.

Further development and publishing of the Imago vision
In a team retreat, we will further develop the existing texts (the narrative The Birth of the Butterfly, the foundation and the strategy of the Imago Movement) into a shared vision and combine them with other texts to create an overall (artistic) work.
We define which networks we understand as imago-networks through their attitude and content. We consider within which networks the Imago-money-system can close economic cycles and whether we should prioritize certain Imago-networks in the development process.
We will publish the shared vision of the Imago Movement in cooperation with the editorial team of TAU magazine as a special Imago-edition. A vision of the first Imago-Festival will also be described there, as well as an invitation with a specific date and location.
There will be common fundraising / crowdfunding in various networks and foundations for community building, the development of the magazine and also for the festivals.

Community, Trust, Collective Wisdom
During this meeting we will define tools and processes to create appreciation, connection and collective wisdom within the Imago-Gatherings. At the same time, we plan the design and content of the first Imago Festival in which the Imago Gathering is embedded.
We are also developing how we want to organize the Imago Movement. It may make sense to view the entire Imago-Movement as an art project (social sculpture) and thus possibly be less vulnerable to legal action.
From this meeting on, we want to create Imago currency units as a trial, which will be covered by the common good work of the participants within the Imago Movement.

Imagine & Plan the Imago Council
In this preparation meeting we will collect processes and methods for the Imago-Council.
Thereby we will probably consider the following questions:

How can the Imago-Council create a connecting and co-creative atmosphere through encounter spaces, as well as through art, music and culture?

Through which kind of processes do we find the appropriate value definitions and the architecture of the Imago-money system?

What information (communication, organization, factual level) should be given to the participants in advance and during the Gatherings?

The Imago-Council will be prepared according to the results of the previous planning meeting.

Imago-Council
From the current point of view, the Imago Council covers a longer period of time and is divided into several phases:

Creating space for collective money trauma to establish interpersonal connection and trust.

Design & creation of the Imago
The artistic design of the butterfly-money is particularly important, because even in this case, the more beautiful world that our hearts already know should be perceptible.
Whether it's analog money or a digital currency that can be accessed via a platform or by applications, the mood that the design creates for the user is just as essential as the usability. Even a possible marketplace should be visually appealing and well designed.

Launch of the Imago-money system
Once the Imago-money system has been technically developed, tested and visually designed, it can theoretically be used by anyone.
Since the co-creation of the architecture has been done by the people in the Imago-networks, it is likely to initially get attention and be used mainly within the Imago-networks.

Public Relations
The butterfly is very popular due to its beauty and its lightness. The metamorphosis of the caterpillar to the butterfly is known all over the world and is associated with renewal, rebirth or transmigration of souls in many cultures. The metaphor of metamorphosis is therefore also suitable as a basis for external communication and public relation of the Imago-money system.
Appealing and artistic media using the Imago narrative make the Imago-money system well-known within and outside the Imago-networks and invite people to contribute their talents to the Imago-money system by using the Imago and thus become part of the Imago-Movement.

Maintenance
The launch of the monetary system will also include monitoring and readjustment of the currency architecture. There will be regular recurring gatherings to address emerging issues and questions such as:

Is there an abuse of money creation developing?

Are economic circuits closed?

Do Imago-money system currency units flow in circles or do they accumulate at participants?

Are there attacks (e.g. juristic) from the caterpillar-body, if the monetary system should become system-relevant?
